Hi. Can anybody tell me how much it costs to take a taxi from Coronado Springs to Universal? Thanks.

Probably about $30+...but could be wrong.

Wow that seems kind of expensive too. I am trying to transport about 30 students from the coronado resort to universal for a day. I already tried Mears and they were way too expensive for our students budgets. Does anybody know of an inexpensive shuttle company that could take us?

i think mears is the only company around disney property because they have a deal with them or something like that. But at my wedding i transported 30 wedding guests from the poly to the international gateway and it was honestly horrible. half the cabs went to the wrong location, and some of them tried to upcharge. like one cabs bill was 12.00 while the others was 30.00. good thing the cab that tried to overcharge unsuspecting out of towners actually was full of FL residents that go to disney like every weekend. so they gave him 12$ like the other cabs and told him thats all he is getting. One driver "got lost" and my dad told him that if he doesn't turn his meter off he is not getting a dime from him. They are very corrupt and rude, try to avoid Mears if you can, if not then i would suggest not even going to Universal.

btw...dont even get me started on the "Magical Express" people...that is a whole different post
