taxi from ttc to all star?

Does anyone know how much it would cost to take a taxi from the ttc to all star music? I understand Checker Taxi is cheaper, but I've never used them. Is there a taxi stand at the ttc?

You can pretty much get between any two points on WDW property in a taxi for $12 - $15, including tip. There are taxis available at the TTC.
