Taxi from Pop Century to Universal Question

My son and I will be staying at Pop Century Dec. 19-31 I booked Dec 20 at Royal Pacific Resort at Universal. How much is a taxi? I don't know if I can take Mears because I will have a overnight suitcase with, and I think Mears will just take you to the Park not the Resort. I will be going back to Pop the next night and need transportation again. This is my first time staying on property at Universal. Any help with this question will be appreciated.

Have you called Mears? They are basically a "limo rental" style place. I can't see why they wouldn't take you where ever you want to go? They take you from the airport to the resort, why not take you from one resort to another, as long as you are willing to pay??? You are paying them for a service to drive you from one place to another.

I would call them and tell them where you will be and where you want to get to (and back) and ask for a quote.

Actually, check out the Mears Website (google "Mears Orlando"). They are not only a shuttle service, but also appear to own a large taxi fleet also. They should be able to tell you the price for the shuttle/custom transportation vs. their taxi service.

we use mears every trip no problem we went from pop century to shopping at belz outlet on i drive and i think it cost 30dollers
