Taxi from one resort to another

I'm going on a cruise in January and plan on flying down a day early and staying onsite 1 night. I wanted to stay at PC (for the price) but the DCL bus doesn't pick up at values. The CM suggested I take a taxi from PC to the Swan/Dolphin. Any ideas on how much that would cost?
Or would I be better off to just stay at a moderate?

Haven't taken that route, but all our taxi trips in WDW have been between $10 and $15.

(Does the DCL bus pick up at the Swan - I wouldn't think so, it isn't a Disney hotel - Y&BC maybe?)
