Taxi from MCO to GF

How much for a taxi to take someone from MCO to GF? Are there taxis waiting that someone can just hail right there or do you have to call and/or reserve one?

I know "Mears" is the big name, are they okay or should they be avoided?

A taxi from the airport to the GF is probably ~$60 plus tip. There are lots of taxis waiting just outside the doors of the "ground transportation" level of the airport.

One of these two: Yellow and Checker, has not charged you the $15.00 or so parking fee since you have to go through the Magic Kingdom toll plaza to get to the Grand Floridian. All other taxi brands have charged you.

Yellow and Checker are as good as you can get.

You may choose your brand as opposed to take the first taxi in line or the one the curb attendant points to.
