How much is a taxi from CSR to Polynesian? How long does it take?

I've taken a cab CSR to Poly twice and I am pretty sure it was under $20 (I believe somewhere between $14-$20).

I think the ride was less than 20 minutes, however, at CSR we had to wait for a cab. We did not have to wait for a cab at Poly.
