Taxi from airport ?

What taxi services should we use from airport to grosvenor ??

I would use whatever taxis are waiting. When you go to the taxi area there is a gentleman that will just flag one (call one actually) for you.
Easy as pie.

p.s. yes, we've used the taxi service for many years now. have never had a problem with any of the companies.

I'm planning on taking a taxi straight to the Magic Kingdom on Friday (my flight lands at 6 pm and I'm going to MVMCP at 7:00...hopefully!) Do you have any idea of the approximate cost? Thanks!

Gosh, I can't recall but we did the same thing once...took a taxi from the airport TO the MK.

It was rather awkward at the time, because the taxi wasn't allowed to go to where the busses would normally drop you off...and I DO remember having to pay extra as if we were parking or something...so odd. It was strange only because it took us by surprise. Not sure what kind of access the taxi's have now but either way, they still get ya there just fine.


Our taxi fare from the airport to the Boardwalk Hotel area costs approximately $35.00 one way and the MK will cost a bit more, being a few miles farther from the airport.

Thanks, that did help. But now I have another question...did you have to take the monorail or boat from the TTC to the MK? I'm staying at the Poly, so if the taxi can't take me directly to the MK, it might be faster to go to the Poly and take the monorail from there?

We were dropped off right where you're thinking, the area where you can either catch the boat or monorail.
I agree that going right to the Poly is probably your best bet.
I really can't remember ever seeing a taxi at the bus area of the MK. They must always have to drop guests off at the TTC area.

Yep. Go right to the Poly. Do not pass go. LOL
