taxi fare?

Anyone know approx. how much a taxi fare each way is from FW to the Publix grocery store?I am trying to decide on going to publix or getting a delivery service. I am one who does prefer to shop myself, but if the fare is ridiculous I may not.

It will cost you about $25.00 one way to the Publix.

It has been a while since I drove cab in Orlando but the $25 estimate seems high. If you go to the publix on Vineland and the cabbie knows the back way, it should only run about $12-$15 each way.

There have been several changes in the meter rate in the past two years, plus the poster was going from Fort Wilderness.
