Taxi/cabs available on disembarkment?

hi everyone,
Just wondering if there are taxis lined up at the port on disembarkment morning? We are wanting to do early express walk off and hope to catch a taxi ASAP to take us to the budget rental centre. Need to get to univeRsal as soon as we can so was hoping that catching a early taxi, instead of their shuttle, would put as towards the beginning of the line at the rental centre...

I assume there are taxis (I don't know how it works for PC, I was crew and only used the crew shuttle, but there are in all the other ports: Miami, SD...)
However, just putting it out there, one morning we hired a car to the parks as we didn't start work till late (2.30pm lol). We caught the shuttle. We got off around 7.30 (maybe earlier), we were first in line and then one other family came, the bus came just before 8 and we got to the rental place just as it opened, there was no one else waiting so us and the other family were served right away. We were in the car and on the road easily by 8.30, if not earlier.
Im not saying don't get a taxi, but sometimes the lines can be long for taxis and you might just end up waiting alongside a busy road for the place to open.
