Hi,
If you buy a DVC and you are out of state, do you have to file a FL tax return? Are the real estate taxes owed to FL included in the DVC maintenance fee?

No - you don't have to file at FL tax return.

Yes - FL real estate taxes are included in your annual maintenance fee. This is separately broken out, so if you itemize your federal taxes, you can claim a deduction for the real estate taxes piece.
