Taxes at DL

I'm working out my budget for everything I want to do at DL, and am wondering how much sales tax is there.

Also, are there things that are not taxed?

There is no tax on theme park tickets.

Also, I don't know about inside the parks, but for restaurants off site, there can be a difference in tax/no tax for dine in vs. take out food.

Pretty much everything is taxed inside the park.
