Tax Return came - DVC paid off!!!

So happy to see the balance at $0!!!

We always said we would do an add on once we paid off this contract BUT we are a little more fiscally responsible now and I will have to wait and save the money for an add on!!

I know the feeling. We bought in 2004 and had DVC paid off by our trip in 2006. Now if only the annual dues could be paid off.

We want to finish our basement so I think that comes first! We have worked really hard to pay off our "bad debt" and now that we have - will only be paying cash...so I have to finish our basement and then maybe we might add on...probably by then my DH will want a new car...and since him getting to work pays our bills I guess he can get one

Actually we just bought in Jan (our contract isn't even offically closed) but I can't wait to pay it off.....I have a whole spreadsheet set up to watch the balance go down....but that is my nerdy side!

Anyway congrats!! I already want to add on too and I haven't even made my 1st payment!
