Tax Rates ?

What are the tax rates at WDW? I'm specifically looking for hotel taxes (Hotel Plaza area) and restaurants (in the parks). We're squeezing in an extra trip and I'm budgeting very carefully.

I think hotel is between 11 - 12% and everything else (food, merchandise, etc.) is at 6%
