Tax question?

If this is in the wrong forum I apologize. My question is we bought and closed at BCV back in December 2017 paid 2018 dues at time of closing do we get a form for our 2018 taxes ? This is all new to me.

Yes, and it should be available on the website right now.
When you paid 2018 dues, you paid estimated taxes. Now that you have your 2019 dues bill, you will know actual taxes for 2018, and these are deductible, to the extent that you can itemize. And subject to the $10,000 maximum.
