Tax Question on Leased Cars

So I have searched all over the internet and the only answer I find is for cars leased for business use. Mine is for personal use. State is Florida. On the paperwork it says 7% tax. But the line where the tax would be calculated says N/A. My husband was a the dealership maintenance side the other day but asked about the tax and was told that the tax is paid in our monthly payments. Okay, I just need to know:

1) Can we claim the sales tax on our taxes like a purchased vehicle?
2) If yes, do I calculate 7% of overall price or just the tax in the monthly payments for 2016. Seems if I only claim the monthly, I can't claim next year and future tax cause we signed lease agreement Jan 31, 2016. This is our first time leasing.

If you know that is great. We have been going to H&R Block the last few years after hiring a foreign nanny on a domestic employee visa. But before hiring her I always did our taxes. She hasn't worked for us in a few years so really no need to pay someone to do the taxes as a safeguard. Each year I do the taxes online before going to H&R Block and our numbers always seem to match so I wanted to start doing the taxes again myself.

TIA

Kentucky doesn't allow us to deduct sales taxes on cars. Just the property taxes we pay each year

Within Turbo Tax where you can enter the registration fees it specifically says we can not claim registration fees if registered in FL, but if registered outside FL we can. It is not giving me any notice or stopping me from claiming sales tax on the vehicle. I just want to ensure I am not claiming something I should not. I could have filed weeks ago if I had the answer to this question.
