When figuring out our meal costs based on menu prices (in order to decide if the DDP will be worth it for us), what's the deal with tax? Do menu prices include tax? If not, how much is tax, roughly?

DDP includes all applicable taxes.

For OOP comparison, add 6.5% sales tax to menu prices; unless the printed menu specifically states that taxes are included. (7% at value resort food courts, as they're in a different tax jurisdiction.)
