I emailed and was told it had been mailed. Waited more than week, called again and was told they weren't mailed until January 31. Interesting how some people got theirs earlier - must be pixie dust! Still waiting to get ours and get a call back. This is the first time we've had to wait so long. Getting annoyed, especially after waiting 15 minutes on hold and was told everyone was at lunch. Well, funny that's when most of us who work have to call.

They give you that info in the member statement that goes out the first of the year with the property taxes on it. You can use that for tax preparation.
