I have a doubt. When I see the restaurants menus the total price of each meal are the sum of the price of each dishe plus tax and tips.

Could anyone inform me what % are tax? and tips?

Thank you very much

Tax at WDW restaurants are 6.5%

Tip is at your disgression but I usually tip 20%

If you mean on the dining plan, they allow for 18% tip.

I may be confused by the initial post. In the US, the price on the menu is the cost of the meal only. The tax (6.5%) will be automatically added and shown on the bill. The tip (15-20% is the norm) is at your discretion, but you will need to indicate the tip amount on the credit card receipt or leave cash on the table.

If you are on the dining plan, the tax and an 18% tip is included in the plan.

In the same sense of the initial post and for clarify all this matter, my question is:

One breakfast with characters costs 18.99 $ plus tax and tips. Can anyone tell me what would be the final/total price that I would have to pay???

Thank you very much.

What of the following prices of the menus included tax and gratuity:

- Breakfasts with characters: 18.99 $ (I think NO).
- Boma dinner: 25.99 $ (I think NO)
- Cinderellas dinner: 39.99 (I think NO)
- Hoop-dee-doo: 50.21 $ (I think YES)
- Spirit of aloha: 50.21 $ (I think YES)

Thank you very much for your help!!

If I undestand well, the tax is automaticly included into the bill but what about the tip or gratuity (18%) is automaticly included too or you decide the amount of the tip.

Sorry I'm Spanish and a fix % of gratuity isn't commun in Spain.

Regards.
