Target's Garden clearance ?

Does anyone know when I could expect Target to begin clearing out their yard stuff, specifically their yard gazebos (if that's what you call them). I'm from Canada and want to take a day trip when these types of things go on clearance. I'm looking for at least 50% off. (I know, that sounds kind of greedy, just hoping I guess!)

I was told August by the Asst Manager at my local store (suburban Chicago).
