You must be near Hopedale.....I'm a lot closer to Erin Mills TC anyway so I'm happy it's going in there. Millcroft is going to be your store ?????

Yes, Hopedale is South of me..I am Nth of the Hwy but Millcroft will be my location...I am sure it won't be the same as shopping stateside anyways. HST for one thing!!

I agree....I'll still be shopping south of the border. I pretty much only buy groceries here....anything else I want I go to Kohls or even Walmart USA. Even on the grocery side I buy a ton in the states....we went last Saturday and brought back $90 worth of groceries.

I figure Target Canada will just be a cleaner/updated version on Zellers.

I agree--I said to my husband last night I can't remember the last time I bought clothes here. Between Buffalo and Florida ..I seem to get it all done there. When we head to Buffalo for the day occasionally I hit Tops too...it is rather a shame but it comes down to the bottom line.

Clothing wise I pretty much only buy the odd t-shirt or 2 at Costco. Everything else comes from the states. I do really, really well in FL. DH will just say 'your here now, buy it'. So I end up buying about 3 times the amount that I would otherwise.

Your right about the bottom line....we are big milk drinkers and here I spend $8 a week on milk...sometimes more. I bring back gallons from the US for $1.67....at that price it costs me under $3.50 per week. What the ....????? I only wish I had a bigger cooler for the milk and an 80L gerry can for gas.

I dropped DD at the Buffalo A/P this past Monday...arrived on fumes and came home with a full gas tank! It was pretty early so I didn't linger and shop..would have had to wait for the stores to open though I guess I could have hit a grocery store..oh well-next time!
