target $ spot is 75% off

I just really need to stop going into target. anyhow the $spot went 75% off yesterday but I had to go to work... so I trotted in this am to see what was left. cleaning wipes, lots of hand soaps, lotions, fizzing things for the bath, fiber packs, but my favourite find was an eyeglass repair kit with 3 tiny screwdrivers for a quarter! dd's watch has those little tiny screws and we didn't have anything small enough until today to get it off and put a new battery in it. she will be thrilled! also bought her a nice laundry bag for a quarter for summer camp. might have to get a few more of those to save, they weren't bad quality. stickers, eye glass cords (figured the little rocks would be cute on a scrapbook page)

on an aside, the colorbok albums (the perfect page ones that have been at 30% off forever) are now 50% off as are the alphabet sticker value packs. I'm sure eventually they will get marked down further, but I really liked the 8x8 album so I bought it.

You beat me to the post (no surprise ). I just got back from there. Only a few Disney/Dora/animal sticker packs left, got some kitchen utensils for the rice box, eyeglass cleaner, post-it notes.

If anyone is planning to do a barnyard birthday party, they have some cute stuff on clearance. Cow loot bags, cow beanies, farm animal erasers, farm animal napkins and red bandanas with stars. They have textured scissors, quite a few baby things, a few scrapbook stickers, fiber packs, squeegies... Ugh - I'm going to have to go back and get a few more things tonight!

I hit the Dollar Spot yesterday and mine still had a ton of stuff left. Lots of Disney stickers (I got Snow White, Ariel, Cinderella, and one with all the princesses) and scrapbooking stuff (embellishments, etc.). I bought every roll of the double-sided scrapbooking tape they had! I also got post-it notes, post-it flags (to mark book pages), some TV and movie trivia card games, flower shaped magnetic note pads, magnetic picture frames, a couple of silver-looking frames... and everything was $.25 a piece! I was so excited!

I also got some Colorbok "Perfect Pages" kits (they come with layered/stitched paper, tags, vellum envelopes, and stickers) for $1.98 each. I saw the same kits at Hobby Lobby over the weekend for $7.99 each, so I thought that was a pretty good deal too!

My Target also had the new Dollar Spot stuff out too (just not on clearance yet). They have LOTS of jewelry making stuff like alphabet beads, glass beads, fimo beads, wire, etc. Will also be cute in scrapbooks!!!

rofl, I just bought some of the alphabet beads for scrapbooking purposes (and cause they were so doggon cute!) I also bought a pair of lavender flip flops in the $ spot... omg! they are soooooooooo comfy! LOVE them! bought 8 make a leather bead bracelet kits for dd's sleep over party, you get 2 bracelets out of each one.. (was a little afraid those would be gone if I waited too long). maggie

Ours was 4 for $1 and i got a ton of scrapbook toggle envie's and my daughter a ton of post it notes. she loves them!

Wow....I wanna be near your Targets! I hit TWO last night (which means a lot of driving, as I live out in the boondocks). The first one had NO clearance at the dollar spot and very little clearance anywhere else.

The second one had some clearance in the dollar spot, but nothing too great. I did get some of the bath and beauty products for DD's b.day party goody bags and a couple of baby sippy cups for twin nieces due to arrive any day. That was it. I hit every clearance endcap I could find... the best I got was a couple of car chamois for my Dad...oh well!.............P

Where is the 'dollar spot' located in Target? I don't think I've seen it. I'm close to a Target, but it is across town so I hardly get there....maybe this will change that.

At our Target, it is right near the entrance, next to the bathrooms.

At ours it's in the front too...except it's next to the registers.

I went the other week with DSis, who often shops at Target, and she had no idea what I was talking about! I find that interesting - but not uncommon. I wonder why?
