Target Red Card to buy Disney Gift Cards

Interesting...I don't know...maybe it has to do with where you're shipping the items to? Mine cart (Target RED credit card) is very clear that the discount is applicable to the e-card, but not the plastic gift cards.

Is this the Target credit or debit card? or either?
