I received an email for 5% off for my birthday, will that be in addition to my 5% off Red card discount?
If so, will it apply to Disney gift cards and if yes up to what amount?

Coupon doesn’t work on gift cards.

Yes on additional 5% plus your Red Card - no on gift cards - Target seems to have caught on to this and put a stop to it
