Has anyone else had troubles with Target online shopping? I did a majority of my shopping online this year....Black Friday deals, daily deals and such from Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Toysrus,and Target....I had great results with getting the products I ordered. Toys R Us was unable to fulfill a black friday order, contacted me, then offered a suitable substitution at a great price. I purchased an item through Best Buy, 3 weeks later it went on sale (online) for $45 less, a 5 minute phone call to Best Buy had my card credited the $45, super customer service! I have been very pleased with my online shopping....except for Target! I placed 6 orders through Target, 2 were black friday deals (orders were both postponed, then canceled weeks after placing them) and 3 were just basic sale items. I only received 2 of my 6 orders. I have had to call guest services 4 times, they are very obviously handled overseas, and not handled very well. I have spent many hours (and I am not exaggerating) trying to rectify orders, to no satisfaction of mine. I have been unable to speak to a manager of any sort, and only have emails answered by an automatic reply system. I have asked to have calls returned, to no avail. I can't believe I would be the only one to have all these issues....
 
I don't like shopping online at Target due to the shipping charges. Usually the things I want aren't eligible for FS. If I were you I'd have blown my cool a long time ago after not being able to speak with a human and not being able to have my issues rectified. Is someone still working on this for you or have you reached a non-satisfactory dead-end?---Kathy
 
I am still waiting for an order that obviouslly won't arrive by Christmas as it was supposed to. I ordered beautiful decorative bookends (sister in laws request) and had the order cancelled after more than a week, then I placed an order for a different pair, and that order was delayed and won't be here in time either, meanwhile the site says ships in 1 or 2 days and it's been 2 weeks. I won't be depending on Target for gifts anymore. You would think within a month I should be able to get some bookends delivered. I don't think they are on the hot gift list this year.
 
I ran into this problem numerous times with Target. I won't order from them again if I need something by a certain date.
 

No, I have not been satisfied with what they have done. On one of my canceled orders, I had used a $10 gift card. When I used it online, I unfortunately threw the gift card away, thinking it had been spent. That was another 1/2 hour phone call to have a new card sent to me. I still do not know that I am getting it, the guest service worker had a lot of trouble understanding what I was trying to explain. Supposedly, the request is being sent to a manager. I have yet to have a manager, or anyone, follow through on any correspondence.

I was really disappointed with a black friday blu ray deal that was canceled. I passed up being able to purchase the movies in stores on black friday, assuming I had ones already coming from Target online. I had no idea that the would not honor an order that was placed, and I had a confirmation number for! I have really gotten some great deals online, and have been very impressed with the other online retailers I have ordered from. I will not waste any more of my time dealing with Target.com.
