Target is offering 10% off this weekend for everyone to make up for the credit and debit card issue. I do not think this even begans to make up for their mistake, however I will be there shopping for Christmas.

10% off storewide purchase only. Saturday 12/21 through Sunday 12/22.
Excludes all gift cards, entertainment cards, airtime cards, prepaid cards, iTunes cards, Apple, Bose, all video games, Playstation 4 consoles, Xbox One consoles, Target Mobile(SM), prescriptions, optical, clinic, and alcohol purchases. Offer cannot be combined with other storewide or category/department coupons.

Where did you see this? I could not find anything on their site. Trying to plan out my LAST shopping trip tomorrow.

According to several posts over on Fat Wallet, all gift cards and entertainment cards are excluded, Haven't seen anything official yet.

Oh well!

We'll target has official started to exclude "entertainment card" gee does any one else think this exclusion has something to do with their previous 20% off coupon that was a little to vague

Can you combine the 10% off with the red card discount and pharmacy rewards discount? That would be awesome!

And I'm not surprised they're specifically excluding "entertainment cards". After the mess after Thanksgiving, you knew that would end.

I just saw it one the news and instantly wondered- entertainment cards? I knew you all would know the answer as to whether it would apply. Thanks. :)

Have never shopped at Target, and don't care to start. I understand they only "discovered" the hacking of their system when informed by an outside party, so not impressed generally.

Yea, and they can keep their lousy 10% discount this weekend!:rolleyes2

Exactly!! I have a red card but the risk of using it is not worth it. They would need to offer 25 percent to get me back

I have serious doubts as to whether the 10% coupon is even truly related to the CC breech or if they were already planning this promotion for a final boost to their sales numbers before Christmas.

I was thinking the same thing.

So in other words I get nothing. I can't get to T (40 miles away) those days. I had to cancel both of my credit cards at the same time right before Christmas and spend time every day checking my cc transactions and then check my credit report occasionally over the next year to see if my identity has been stolen. That is not nearly enough for all the inconvenience and worry.
