What is not possible is to buy a Visa/AmEx gift card with a Target Gift Card. But that's not what was asked.

We get .20 cent for every 50 spent. If I get 250 dollars in target cards. It will save me $30 in gas.
Plus the 10% I am getting to buy the gift cards at target. Double dip
