Does (or has)anyone here used these on their baby? I was using a biodegradable diaper that I ordered online, but the prices are starting to kill me even with cutting lots of corners to be able to afford them.
I just happened to be picking up something in Target recently and saw that they had their own brand of diapers ....The package I saw was 72(I think) for $11.99. That looked like a super price to me! Is this a good price for these and do you like them. I really did not want to buy them until I cheked with you guys! LOL! Thanks!

I haven't used them but wanted to suggest that you buy a smaller package to try them because a diaper that works well for one baby may not work for another. I've seen this happen with siblings. One used one brand of diaper while the other had to use another brand.

While that was the case for me for two of my children, I did want to say that one of my best friends used target brand diapers for all three of her kids and loves them. They're the only kind she would buy. So I definitely think they're worth trying out like this PP mentioned.

My first kid blew out any diaper other than huggies until he was over a year old, but with current baby, I use whatever is cheapest and haven't had a problem. This has included Target brand, Kroger brand and Walgreens or CVS brand (when those last 2 have sales, it can be a good deal).

Target just released a new diaper... "up" Not sure if it is just rebagged or if it is truly new... If is is redesigned then it is hard to say... we used the (old) target ones they were ok...

I use the Target brand and really like them. I also like White Cloud diapers but my Walmart no longer has them so I mainly buy Target now. If I have a coupon I will buy Luvs but they sometimes leak for my DS.

For the money the Target brand does a great job-I just can't see paying $10 more for a name brand.

Thanks everyone. I think I will pick up a small pkg. and see how it goes. My son is 9 months and does well with the "nature boy" diapers I was using...the were kinda thin. Also, the diapers in Target did say "Up"...Was there another Target brand? I never actually looked for diapers there until recently, so I don't know.
Thanks for the White Cloud suggestion...I forgot about those, but I am not sure if they still sell them at my Walmart anymore either. I used those 7 years ago for my daughter....I liked the "John Lennon" pattern! They worked well too.

Target has changed it's brand name to "Up" for all products.

We tried them once when we were headed to the airport and the Pampers were out. All I can say is never again. They were horrible! Don't waste your money!

See what I mean about different diapers work for different kids? :rotfl:

I used the Target brand of diapers on my grandsons and they were the only brand that they didn't leak through. ;) However, that was when they were indeed called TARGET brand. In the last 3 months Target has decided to repackage and rename their products to Up & UP. My grandson is out of diapers now so I personally haven't tried them but a good friend of mine, who used the Target brand on her son says that the new UP & UP brand isn't as good.:sad2: I wouldn't go so far as to say they suck, she just said they weren't the same as the old brand.

Each of my children had one brand of diaper that gave them a rash - and it was a different brand for each - but that said, I used store brands with no problems as much as possible once they were out of those precious poptart-sized newborn diapers. Awwwwwww . . . :lovestruc

I stuck with Pampers. If you get them on sale and use 2 coupons for two jumbos instead of one coupon for a Super Mega pack, they are usually the same price or cheaper than store brands.

You can also use the bigger value coupons for pullups on regular diapers. I never had a cashier question it, but if you're concerned, go through the U-Scan.
