Target: 50% off Many Toys!!

I was at Target last night and today (Saturday) and there are many toys that are 50% off!

In past years, when my kids were little, I waited for items to go to 75% off. I didn't this year, because most of the items I wanted were the last one (or nearly)

I purchased a large Imaginext set (Dragomont Fortress) for $25 for ds's birthday in March. (the only one I saw in three stores!)

I was given a iQuest for dd from a friend (my ds already has one), and bought two cartridges for 5th grade we didn't have for $7.48 each (dd will be in 5th next year) (Again, no one else had any of these)

Dd also has a color pixter and LOVES it, so I bought a bunch of software. I'm letting her look at them, so I make sure they are ones she will like. We got Global Passport, the Disney Princesses and Disney character fun, and one more (can't remember) (of the 4 I bought, three were single copies, and only found in one store)

There are a few things I will get if they make it to 75% off...there's a National Geographic submarine for ds, and some misc. "girlie" toys for a fundraiser raffle for dd's baton team (we have to donate items for the raffle). If I don't, c'est la vie!

Anyone know when the toys will be marked down more?

DD15 and I went a few days ago. They had a whole aisle of 50% off toys, and an aisle of 30% off toys. I chose everything in my cart from the 50% off aisle. Some were not on sale at all, most were not 50% off. Be sure to scan your stuff before you go on line. I thought the 3 draw plastic carts they have for 9.22, for storage, was not such a bad deal. I got two to put our videos and dvds in.

Whatever they were marked with their clearance sticker is pretty much what the price was. I did find two Our Generation dolls that were marked 50% off (12.50) each. I wasn't sure if this was a great price, so I put one back. The one I got is called Holly, and is a "limited edition" and is wearing a red velvet Xmas dress. She looks like the American Girl dolls (which have never bought any of my three DDs). They also had one with reddish brown hair and a blue/green dress. Wondering if I should've kept it.... Also bought Disney Sorry game for 8., Elmo puzzles (2 pk for 4.48), and a few Xmas items. They had some good prices on clearance underware, and Tink pj bottoms at 9.

They had the Imaginext dragon castle at our Target today for $17.48.... too bad my DS already got it for Christmas!!............P

Did anyone notice if Power Rangers are on sale?

That's the new hot item around here!

The only Power Rangers items our Target had on clearance were those little Megabloks Power Ranger sets. DS2 liked Power Rangers, but we didn't see any action figures, megazords or weapon type things on clearance.

They had the Target Exclusive Legos Knight on clearance, some Yu-Gi-Oh figures, etc. DS2 was thrilled to find some Duel Masters big action figures that were normally $11.99 on clearance for around $1.77 or something.

They had lots of My Little Pony on clearance, Polly Pocket, Barbie, etc.

We got Disney Uno for 50% off and Travel Yahtzee for 50% off. Sure was glad to get those. We lost power due to ice at sunrise at Thursday and didn't get power back until Saturday. We definately got our money worth out of those 2 games.

Our Target did not have any power ranger stuff on clearance. There was a lot of Elmo stuff and Polly Pocket. Oh a lot of Play Doh stuff on sale. I did notice and bought some books for the PowerTouch learning system. They had a few of those on sale for 50% off (7.99). My son (3) enjoys those. There was not a lot of toys to choose from. It was only one isle with half 50% off and half 30%. I am going back to check next weekend and hopefully more stuff will have been marked down.
