Tangled The Musical

Hope they are still giving out the playbills in February. Actually, always thought that they should have them for all of their shows. Have these been given out on all cruises or just a special cruise, such as the first one or the holiday cruises.

We got it while on the holiday cruise that began on the 13th.

Thank you for sharing. I will be on the magic in just over 2 weeks.i saw some pictures where they were transforming O'Gills into the Snuggly Duckling. Did you notice if they still do that?

I couldn't agree more. This is the ONLY show I have ever seen onboard that lives up to what they call "Broadway style" entertainment. This was my 6th DCL cruise and I was blown away. I wish all of their shows were this good. Maybe this is the future of shows on board!!! Let's hope so!!

Hope they do the same with whatever's replacing Toy Story on the Wonder.

Tangled was great, I especially loved how they did the floating lanterns. I'm not sure if they're still doing this, but they had an extra matinee showing at 2 pm. So it was the only show DD was fully awake for (it became her schedule to sleep during the shows...). The guards running all around the ship (even the dining room) looking for Flynn Rider were hilarious.

Can't wait to see this! I'm also thrilled with the playbills, we keep a scrapbook of playbills from every Broadway show we go to so this will be a special touch. I hope it continues when we are on board next month.

Any chance this will be coming to the other ships? Going on The Dream in April, and sad because Tangled is my all time favorite movie!

They didn't have a special menu but they did have a fun moment where the guards came in the dining room looking for Flynn Rider and picking out random diners who looked a lot (or not at all) like Flynn.

I stopped by the 'Snugly Duckling" just to check it out, but didn't stay. There were definitely Thugs and Ruffians interacting with the guest, playing various bar games. Look like from the schedule, it was only for a half hour or so.
