tandem riders zipline St Thomas

I did send the Zip line people and email but have not heard back yet...BUT

Has anyone booked through DCL with child under 70lbs and went tandem like their website says a child under 70 can do.

But DCL says they have to weigh 70 lbs.

They did reply and said go ahead and book with DCL and if under 70 lbs can go tandem....so if anyone is wondering you can still book with DCL if under 70 lbs

My issue was child age as well. he was only 7. i booked direct with the zip line folks for my fantasy cruise. That way no issue. I am surprised they said book with DCL, as DCL sticks with the policies for legal issues. i had the same issue with a catamaran trip when my son was 5 and couldn't get him to go with DCL but i booked direct no issue.
if i were you, just book direct with ZIp line. It's cheaper and you have piece of mind. I'm going to tandem with my 7 year old son and looking forward to having the peace of mind.
