Every time I've been to Tambu they have discouraged or disallowed takeout food orders - it's not a restaurant. I wouldn't expect to be able to order takeout from a Disney bar/lounge or even most Disney restaurants. Several restaurants now offer take-out via the app, which is wonderful.

Depending on how busy it is, sometimes the bartenders/servers at Tambu will suggest someone who wants takeout to just order food and immediately ask for a box.
