As others mentioned it is packed during dinner seating at Ohana and Kona, like 5:30 to 10. We were just there and it took hubby 45 minutes to get us 2 draft beers at around 8pm. Crazy. And it has like 12 armchairs with 3 coffee tables and a bar. So good luck. But we enquired about getting bread pudding from there one day and learned it starts serving that, and I guess dinner items, at 4pm. We went around noon. If you go right around 4 that would be best.

You can get the nachos at Capt Cook's. Not sure if you can get the pudding there, or maybe at Kona?

No bread pudding at Kona.

YMMV, but we have gotten the bread pudding from Kona even though it was not on the menu and also from room service by itself.
