We just got back Monday from WDW and we came across the talking trashcan, PUSH while at MK.. Its hard to believe that this the highlight of my daughters trip!! She was wearing her Stitch hat and Push called her Stitch and he wanted to wear her hat so she took it off and put it on top of the trashcan.. she hugged it.. :cool1: :cool1:

Gotta love PUSH and his brother in AK, PIPA. I spend a while harrassing them when I go to WDW ;)

My Mom and I went to WDW in March, and I thought I'd NEVER drag her away from PUSH! :teeth: We had an absolute blast following him around and listening to his comments. The kids faces were great when he asked them to throw their garbage away in him to "feed" him. They kind of looked like, "Am I REALLY allowed to do that?!?!" :) It was fascinating watching the guy who was operating him, too. He blends in SO well! What a talented, talented guy!

Is PUSH found at any particular place in the MK? Or does it vary from day to day?

We found Push when we stopped to get ice cream in Tomorrowland, near Buzz Lightyear.

He roams most of Tomorrowland on the side near Buzz/Stitch - he's there every day

Thats where he was.. right by the rest room...

I wondered where the person was that was operating it.. Thought it was hilarious when he said that all the hip kids called him "P" ush.. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: We had to stop back by again later in the day cause thats all she would talk about.. it was just me and her that went so she had to rush to the phone and call my boyfriend to tell him all about Push.. :rotfl: :rotfl: Everytime we went by a trashcan she'd have to stop to see if it was him.. :sunny:

PUSH and I have been great friends for many years. In fact, we worked together years ago before he was reincarnated into his current position at WDW... ;)

He hangs out by the washrooms near Mickey's Star Traders, but if it's slow he'll wander around a little further trying to find someone to talk to. I love to sit and listen to him chat.

He likes to stop pre-teen boys heading to the washroom and remind them to wash their hands when they go 'potty'. It's funny watching the boys trying to act cool but be fascinated with a garbage can.

He also goes in search of Mr Incredible (Fathers wearing Incredible t-shirts) to tell him how much he enjoyed his movie.

PUSH is definitely one of the little charms of WDW.

My kids love him too! Last year, on our first trip, just my daughter and I ran into him. It was my daughter's 6th birthday and she was wearing her birthday button, so he serenaded her.

This past Sunday, she was going up to every trash can in MK trying to find him. Finally found him after lunch and she and my two boys, 10 and 13, talked with him for about 10 minutes until he retreated to the interior somewhere. When we went back in the evening they looked for him again, but to no avail. They talk about him more than anything else!

They're always asking me to add the dancing banana, so in their honor:

I also love the talking palm tree in front of Animal Kingdom...is the tree still there?

saw PUSH on our last Dec trip. it was my birthday and I was wearing a birthday pin so he sang happy birthday - and then said I was getting old and senile because I was talking to a trash can! :rotfl:

Does anyone have photos of Push? I know he is a trash can - but any with your kids and him or anything???????

hehe Push looks just like every other trash can in Tomorrowland - that's what's so cool about him :)

Now I can't wait to go back and find him. We were all over tomorrowland on our trip especially by buzz and stitch and didn't see him.

My kids spent a great deal of time with Push. In fact we had a hard time to get them away so that we could ride something.

Then in EPCOT we spent a great deal of time with a robot whose name is failing me right now. He asked how we liked Mission Space ( I threw up ALOT)
and he said he wanted to ride it but he didn't have a butt!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl2:

My niece was fascinated by the trash cans our whole trip. I have no idea why, but it was a running joke in our group. I was hoping we would run into PUSH at the MK, and wouldn't you know it, we did towards the end of our trip. She was thrilled.

Here is a picture, hopefully this works:
