Talking Mickey wait times...

So in my planning of fastpasses, no where does it say to really fastpass Mickey Mouse but everytime I look lately, he has an hour+ wait. Does he usually have these kind of wait times? I've checked different times of the day and he seems to be having awful long waits.

every time i have been, the waits have always been extremely long. except right at park open. when i went 2 years ago, i waited about 30 minutes but it's increased every year it seems...

One piece of advice, ask the person in the front if Mickey is talking.

We wasted a FP as when we went we did not get the talking version. If you can find out ahead of time that Mickey isn't actually talking, you may want to come back at a different time.
