I have never ate TS at either US or IOA ever, apart from once, its was a character breakfast at US probably a decade ago now.

who's been to Mythos? would you recommend it?

is it true you can just made reversations for its the morning of the day you want to dine?

i hear they only do lunch? is this right?

is they a menu anywhere to look at?

does any one have any photos of the food and decor???

thank you, cant wait to hear all your opinonsand comments!!

I can't answer many of your questions but I did eat at Mythos in February 2007 and thought it was great! The decor was like being in a cave which gave it a very different type of feel. The food was good as was the service. It was billed as the "Best Theme Park Restaurant" and although I might not go that far (EPCOT has some great ones too) it was certainly one of the best I've been to. We didn't have reservations. We walked up to the desk in the restaurant when we were ready to eat and waited for a table. I don't remember the wait being terribly long. I would definitely recommend it and plan on eating there again on our trip in August this year.

I've been a few times and I definitely recommend it. Food is good, service is good, and its a nice break from the heat!

Most diners show up to eat without reservations, so making one in the morning works great.

During the summer and holidays, Mythos can stay open late. During off-season, Mythos usually closes around 3PM.

You're welcome!:thumbsup2

Is there a way to find out Mythos' holiday hours other than calling them directly?

While i agree that EPCOT has some great places to eat, you will find that Mythos is just as good at about 2/3 of the Disney price.

If i am at Universal, and i am very often since i am local, i eat at Mythos period.

Make sure your server goes over the specials each day since the Rissoto and Pastabilities can change daily. If you want to modify something slightly or have a sauce on the side they will do it.

Given a choice of eating at Emeril's or Mythos i have always chosen Mythos for same quality of food and preparation as Emerils at half the price. :cool2:

Mythos is very good, especially when you consider it is only a few dollars more than most of the food choices in the parks. We stopped in about 10 minutes prior to opening(Of Mythos), put our name on the list and we were seated about 5 minutes after opening.

::yes:: The servers and chefs are more then happy to please..

We went to Mythos for the first time in April (we have been on vacation to US/IoA yearly since 1999 - what were we waiting for!!!)

Party of 5 - everyone loved their food - I got a pork filet with blue cheese and blueberries....it was so delicious I have been trying to re-create it here at home (not perfected yet!)

I would tell everyone to try Mythos. It was great.

Great photos, although the place is actually pretty bright (in the daytime) for being cave-like.

I've been to Mythos probably 20 times and every time has been excellent, and the prices are VERY reasonable.

^ Agreed, I usually eat there when I visit IOA/US. Plus it gives me a view of the Hulk while I eat! :)
