My sister just e-mailed me asking for information about a trip to Disney. She and my cousin (both in their 50's) and cousins' two daughters - 17 & 19 - are planning on going to WDW in July for their first trip ever. They are asking me for help. First off, my cousin is WAY over the top in planning - everything has to be done at a certain time. (I have a hard time just going to the mall with her!) How will they survive going during the hottest and busiest time? With all the discounts going on the parks will most likely be packed. I have mentioned it to my sister but since my cousin is a teacher there are limited times when she can go.
I'm not even sure where to start! Do you think the fairytale package would be a better deal than the teacher discount? I am going to try very hard to convince them to stay on-site. They are currently looking at AAA packages and expedia - is Disney the best package deal now? I don't know why, but I feel responsible for them having a good time!
Since Disney is "our" thing I hate to think they will go and have a lousy time.
Any tips?? (It's soooooo much easier when I am doing this for my own family!)
