I woke up today in what has been refered to on here as the "Bite Me" zone. That place where you have no motivation, everything is sore, and you feel like the fattest slowest cow that ever lived.
It was 40 degrees, brisk wind and an evil rainy looking dark sky. Not a day to be out walking in traffic. So I went to the gym for some treadmill time and just couldn't get into that either. Little things like nothing good on the TVs to watch and static from all of them on the speakers anyway.
I've found that the best thing for days like this is just to say to heck with it, whinne, fuss, gripe and call it a down day and have a better day tomorrow.
Anyone else having a "Bite Me" day and want to whinne and get it out of the way so you can go on and have a better week?

Today I am fighting off this flu (both virtual and from my kiddos), have tired legs, and it is raining buckets and about 45 degrees here. I very much dislike the dreadmills and being in an enclosed gym where there is no sunshine but that is where I will be in a couple of hours.
Oh, and while I was typing, it started raining HARDER...did I mention I forgot to take the sheets in off my clothesline last night?????????
to my world.

The rest of it, I think is that I am just plain tired and tired of it. It's 21 degrees outside and I have MORE company coming in this weekend and we are looking at a new house and my hubby is trying to worry himself half to death, he keeps rolling all the info, ideas, plans, etc around in his head until I am worn out, I am sure his thoughts are feeling pretty thread bare, as well! I am doing my stretches, and I have signed us up (hubby and me) to do a Christmas light run/walk, but I just can't seem to get excited.
and Sing "Bite Me"!!! then laugh Hug

And the only way to be ready is to get my butt out of bed and on the TM or the road. It ain't gonna happen any other way!
, brings presents
and a huge hug
