Taking your own things

So were having Whitehall and I know you can use your own Vendors for it.

BUT can you take your own things? Like can we take our own centrepieces, our own table clothes and napkins etc? We won't be going overboard on the decor because we love the room already but we are unsure on which vendors to use. We have seen specific centrepieces we love but we are unsure as to how to go about it. We know people who are willing to set them up. But when can you access the room etc to do this. Ie. if our reception is planned for 4pm, when can they enter whitehall for decoration?

I'm not sure what time they would let you in to set up, but I do know that if you use any ballroom you are able to bring your own decor . I'm sure if you ask they will be able to tell you. The coordinator I've been working with has been very good about answering my questions!

Does anyone have recommended vendors for chairs? I can't believe how much more expensive the Chiavari chairs are, but I absolutely love how they look and would like to start with recommendations if there are any out there...

I have a feeling that my enhancement minimum expenditure will be met by venue rental and ceremony/chuppah floral alone - I'm using vendors for about everything else!
