Ok, so i have been Orlando twice, but never ate in a Disney Restaurant. Im taking mum to Orlando for 2 weeks in September, paying for it all myself and want to try a restaurant to book up now. Somewhere special but not too posh food if that makes sense :rotfl:
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance :)

Disney always has a Free Dining promo going on during September, if you are staying at an on-site resort. It can be a HUGE money saver to have all your meals covered.

Some of our favorite meals are:

'Ohana (best meal in all of WDW, in my opinion)
Whispering Canyon
Chef Mickey's
Liberty Tree Tavern
Crystal Palace
Coral Reef
LeCellier (but if you are on the DDP, I would do lunch, as dinner is 2 TS credits)
T-Rex & Rainforest Cafe (which will both be on the DDP starting in 2012! Yay!)
50's Primetime
Mama Melrose's
Sci-Fi Drive-In

The OP is from Great Britain so could likely get a free dining package now for pretty much any time of year, if she cares to stay onsite at a WDW resort. She says she is going to Orlando so I currently get the impression she is staying offsite.
