We are doing just a few days in FW area and looking for somewhat easier places to grab take out if possible. We are hoping for FW Wilderness Lodge and the other monorail resorts. Is this easy to do? I am now getting really worried seeing how hard it is to get dining reservations. Does this include the outdoor type counter type places? We are coming in in a couple weeks.

None of the restaurants that are currently open at FW require reservations, but at busy times they can get a long line/wait.

Getting to Wilderness lodge and the monorail resorts for dining isn’t as easy as it’s been in the past due to the resorts no sharing boats and longer lines for transportation, but I have heard reports of a bus going between FW and WL.

There is no Fort Wilderness Lodge. There is Wilderness Lodge (currently closed - opening June 6, but Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas are located there and open) and Fort Wilderness which is the campground. They are two separate resorts and do not share amenities. Neither Fort Wilderness nor Wilderness Lodge are located on the monorail and you'd need to take a bus or boat to the MK and then to the monorail resorts. Or drive your personal vehicle. However, they haven't been letting people enter any of the resorts unless they were a guest of that resort or they had an ADR at that resort.
