Take out from Kona?

Is it possible to order takeout from Kona for breakfast? TIA

Are you staying at the POLY because I know they have the Tonga Toast on the room service menu. I don't know if they would do to go? I am thinking since they charge 18% plus a service fee for the room service they wouldn't be too eager to just let you take it to go. But they are very friendly at that restaurant so maybe yes... OK did that answer your question- maybe yes maybe no

We have been able to get food to go from the Kona, but I never tried breakfast. Basically we have just gotten sticky wings for a quick lunch out on our balcony, but I have noticed other bags packed up to go.

One thing on this is that you can't call to place an order. They make you go in person to order it.

We wanted to just come for dessert one night. THey were turning away all walk ups so we ask if we could just get desserts to go. They were very accommodating and we took them down to the beach to enjoy while we watched the fireworks.

Yep, My mom was sick last vacation towards the end, and really loved our meal at Kona so I went back to get take-out basically a full dinner for 3 people.The lady at the desk wasn't sure if she was allowed to do it(she looked new) and then the manager and another server said it would be fine. They were very nice about, but you can't use DDE discount.
