Take out from Epcot to BWV

Can you get takeout from epcot?We are staying at BCV and I was thiniking of taking a walk to epcot for some food to bring back to pool area. DO they wrap it up to go?
I don't think they let you take drinks out do they?

The Epcot restaurants are not set up to do take out. For that matter, most of the restaurants at WDW are not set up for takeout. You might find exceptions from time to time though. Your best bet would be the Marketplace at the BC Mercantile.

I don't think full service restaurants offer takeout. You could get counter service. You cannot take alcohol out.

really close to the IG entrance is a fish/chips it is in GB - but despite it being very, very greasy it was okay.

you can also go to the Dolphin and Swan use your 20% discount and take out something there.

The bakery in France is also close to the IG entrance and has some sandwiches and quiche that are yummy.

Table service restaurants all but eliminated carry out orders around 5-6 years ago. Reason was with the introduction of the Dining Plans, guests were getting take out orders and then requesting (demanding?) that counter service meal credits be used rather than table service credits.

Sounds crazy but all at once, all TS restaurants stopped doing take out--even for cash guests--and that was the reasoning given out to many different guests. Even at a resort like Old Key West which has no room service and a very limited quick service menu, Olivia's stopped doing take out.

A few years have passed so perhaps some are more willing to make exceptions these days. Especially at Epcot restaurants which are not Disney owned.

But if you want to avoid hopping from restaurant-to-restaurant looking for someone willing to bend that rule, you should stick to quick service restaurants.

Last time we were there, I was able to get the counter service place in Morocco to put my meal in a container, and I took it back to the BWV to eat later that night.

But you can't bring them into Epcot.

You can always bring your own plastic wrap/sandwich bags/aluminum foil (whatever you use at home) and brown bags. Pack it up yourself from one of the counter service locations. We have done this many times.

I assume you are specifically talking about alcoholic drinks? You can take juice boxes and water bottles in - we do it every time we go.

Yep, alcoholic drinks. And they might check open type cups.
