Pizza is usually made out of wheat. However, the crust can also be made out of rice flour, arrowroot flour, even bean flour. Also, bread, pasta, muffins, pies etc. can be made out of different flours. I understand that the chefs will accomodate as best thay can, with advance preparation, any dietary restrictions guests may have. As an example, a person with celiac disease cannot tolerate the gluten in wheat, so they eat a gluten free diet. When the chef is aware of this, he can prepare pasta or pizza or whatever is discussed ahead of time. Also, if a person has peanut allergies, food can be served that is peanut free. However, this must be discussed ahead of time, because it is a special dietary request.
We will have a refrigerator, and a microwave, so left overs should be no problem. I did notice pizza on the lunch menu. This of course would be talked through with the chef.
