Take-out at Boardwalk restaurants?

I'll be staying at BWV for a few days on my next trip. We're usually food court/counter service people so I'm wondering if you can request take-out from all/most of the restaurants at the Boardwalk? I know my DH would rather do that and I know I hate to waste my valuable vacation waiting in restaurants for food. I'm mainly interested in ESPN and Big River.

I'm not sure about takeout at ESPN or Big River, but they do have some take out type stands on the Boardwalk.
There is a pizza window at Spoodles. In my opinion it is almost the worst pizza I've ever had, but it is an option. Also there is a cart that sells corn dogs and fries, one with crepes and another with flavored coffee drinks.

Yes, you can get take out from any of the Boardwalk restaurants. Just call ahead of time. place your order and then go pick it up. The room service menu for BWI & BWV is from the Boardwalk restaurants and anything on the restaurants' menus can be ordered for room service even if it is not on the room service menu.
