I've only eaten at Cosmic Rays, so I'll say it's better than Pecos Bill's. Had hamburger and fries at Cosmic Rays, it was ok.

I love the burgers at Cosmic Rays and the fixin bar is really great, but the deciding factor is the entertainment. You just can't beat it. The first time we went there was in '95 and my children were 8 and 12 and now they are 17 and 21, they still love going there for lunch.
