Take kids to eat at Boma, or bring them to the kids club?

AK day - then kids go to SimbaCub for 6pm and husband and i have JIKO at 6:30pm,

Yes Animal Kingdom Park has lockers at the entrance. It will be very convenient to leave your things and then pick them up on the way out of the park. When you arrive at Animal Kingdom Lodge there are lockers, showers and changing rooms by the pool. You can freshen up and change for dinner use the lockers at AKL for your park things and then pick them up when you leave AKL after dinner.

FWIW my dd's liked Boma very much as they do most of the WDW restaurants. They just get tired of sitting in a restaurant for dinner every evening so dh and I usually put them in a club for an evening. We also do some evenings by the pool with cs so they can chill and be kids. My dd's are very well behaved and do enjoy restaurants, just not every night!

If you would like some grown-up time, I would definitely use the kids club. My kids loved it there, and by going during the dinner hour I felt like we were getting our money's worth. Had we brought them to Boma with us we would have paid over $20 for their meals. I mentally subtracted that amount from the childcare fee. That way, we only spent $20 extra to get two hours of alone time during vacation. Also, because we were in the same building, it was both convenient and I was more comfortable leaving them with strangers.

Our kids 4&6 loved Simbas Club House. We had a lovely audlt dinner at Boma's while the kids had dinner and played at Simbas. The staff is extremely friendly and my kids did not want to leave, so we enjoyed a little time at the beautiful pool bar so they could stay a little longer. The cost is $10/Hour per child and includes dinner and milk/cookies at 9PM. The kids told me it was one of the best parts of the vacation and it will be a MUST do for a parent's night out next time. Definately makes reservations and they will personalize everything for your kids arrival... they loved when the staff is Hello X&X! This was one of everyone's favorite nights!
