this post is in no way what so ever to be rude or hurtfull or mean to anyone its just my thoughts

if someone has made a post like this i apologize i have not been reading many posts thanks for your time in reading this

so now that vmk is closing every post i read is mainly about losing such great friends we have on vmk where was that attitude when almost every week ppl were making posts about vmk being so mean and not keeping promises about " items" or "games" we complain and complain and complain about how unfair certain things are when we didnt know it was closing but NOW we are complaining about losing friends maybe all the complaining over a free game has finally taken its toll from the Beginnning it should have always been about friends and meeting new ppl not about virtual items the friends i have made in this game will last a lifetime the items are virtual trash if vmk does stay open remember your friends is the reason why you want to play like a saying goes you dont know what you've got til its gone everyone complained about items now everyone is finally realizing vmk is for friends

I realized that it wasn't for items about a year ago when my friends were saying that they were going to delete me if I kept trading all day and not hanging out with them on vmk.

Thankfully I have realized since Tron month (whenever that was, LOL) that the items didn't matter, it was the friends. In Tron month, I met a player who would become my best friend, and through him I met another player who would become my second-best friend, and suddenly, I wasn't playing to get credits and buy items, I was playing to hang out with them. Oh, the fun we had! I haven't really traded for... oh... a year or more, because I just don't really care. I come for the fun and friends; the items are just a bonus. If you remember the poll about the Blackheart quest, I was one of those who found it a positive experience. Why? I met a bunch of new friends (who, incidentally, are now going to be lost because of VMK closing). I tossed and turned last night, sleeping on and off, and why? I wasn't thinking about my Sparrow suit or my brand new bird.i Quack.Pizza (just got him a day or two ago) or my Treasure Magic... I was thinking about my friends. Mic.i, Piano, Everest, Star, Trips, Jedi, Little, Jk, Dude... and how I'll never, ever be able to "see" them again. No more dressing up as clones and dancing in the Forecourt at closing... No more Pirates dressed in our lucky Sparrow costumes... No more sitting double in a well chair (which still freaks me out, btw ), no more "bow before the all.might.ty Mcp", no more "hauntings" or chasing each other around as bats, no more role-playing the "Wizard of Odd", no more "magic shows", no more getting "elect.ray.cute" together by the zap magic, no more riding rides together and being behind your friend in one room and in front in another, no more sword pulling... Oh, good Lord. That's what matters in VMK. That's the magic. That's what's going to be gone.
