We bought DD a €60 dress at DLP yesterday and when we unpacked it this morning it's still got the ink security tag on it.

We have the receipt. Does anyone know if we take it to a Disney Store here they can have it removed? DD's heartbroken that she can't wear her dress as it's a huge plastic/metal thing right at the back of the neck.

I'm sure the Disney Store will remove it. Have you kept your receipt? 60e for a dress!:scared1: I hope it's lovely.:rotfl:

It is lovely, but I was raging DD didn't want one of the half price ones :rotfl: but hey, it was her money.

We have got the receipt so hopefully it will be OK, just not sure if it's the same sort of tags :confused3 so if they'll be able to

I managed to get Kyra the reduced 15euro nighty lol.

:thumbsup2 we got some Minnie teddies as gifts for €5 down from €12 so I was chuffed with that. The kids weren't interested in any of the reduced stuff - typical! But they were spending their own money so I can't really complain. DD1 and DS spent €45 each in one go on pins :scared1:

I was good and didnt buy any pins, i actually didnt even trade any as i was so cold i found speaking hard :lmao:

I picked up loads of stuff in sale, mostly presents for other people tho i did get a pink minnie fleece for 20euros, stuff for my bathroom for 8euros ( i thought that was a bargain lol) a towel and some large mickey posters to go in my front room.

I had to buy 2 peter pan plushies as Kyra lost one walking up to BTM, she was so upset i couldnt not get her another one.

ETA- I got myself some Mickey trainers for 15euros aswell, i looked in everyshop trying to find my size lol.

I'm hoping for a few sales. The kids love looking at the bits and pieces in the shops (so do I) and it will be nice that the kids can spend their own money, rather than mine. I find this works really well with Olivia as she is incredibly tight when spending her own money - she's pretty free and easy with mine though!:rotfl:

:rotfl: That's so funny coz I was looking for the Minnie wellies in my size, but couldn't find any :sad2:

I know what you mean about the cold. I used my easy pass as payment and trying to sign was an absolute nightmare as my hands were so numb and that was with huge thermal ski gloves on :scared1:

Good plan. That's why we did that too. I told them I wasn't paying for any souvenirs and if they wanted anything they'd have to get it themselves.

Kyra got her 1st Peter Pan plush with her own money, i cant believe 2 secs after she dropped it someone ran off with it. She was so sad.

i am a nanny and i left a packet of wipes in a baby changing room the other day ,@ the shopping outlet whilst changing the baby

I had a similar problem with tags left on a t-shirt a few years ago and my local disney store were able to remove them:thumbsup2

Last week I took off my glove to put petrol in the car and then drove off and left it. I was horrified when I realised as not only was it a DLRP sheepskin style glove, but my daughter had bought them for a Christmas present for me out of her own spending money.
I drove back to the petrol station and there it was, sitting on top of a petrol pump where someone must have placed it. :goodvibes Relief :scared:

Great thanks :thumbsup2 I'm a bit surprised that I wasn't setting all the alarms off going in and out of the shops though :rotfl: at least I know we should be able to get them removed though. DD has been in a right strop all day :rotfl:
