tagliata de manzo @ tutto-what is it?

Does anyone know what the tagliata de manzo is at Tutto Italia? I would guess it's a steak since its under the meat and fish section, and there is no other steak there

looks yummy, but what is the 'green' stuff on the steak? My husband will probably order this but will want to have them leave the green off..
