A tag fairy is someone on the dis boards that takes quotes from your posts and puts them under your username in the far left corner in colored text. It is considered an honor to have the tag fairy give you a tag. I am one of the few disers that has a smiley in my tag.

The Tag Fairy is that friendly sprite who listens in on all DIS conversations and bestows the comments (aka "tags") that are in color on the left under your screen name.

Be warned: if you say something peculiar it just may end up in a tag!
